Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct physical therapy evaluations and assessments

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with student IEPs

• Address areas such as mobility strength balance motor planning and positioning

• Provide direct therapy in school-based settings

• Collaborate with teachers families and educational staff to support carryover of strategies

• Participate in IEP meetings and interdisciplinary team discussions

• Maintain accurate documentation in line with school and state regulations

What Were Looking For:

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Wisconsin (or eligible)

• DPI certification for school-based practice (or willingness to obtain)

• Pediatric or school-based experience preferred

• Strong communication collaboration and time management skills

• A passion for helping students thrive in their educational environments
