Job Description (Short)

We are looking for an experienced BMC Consultant with strong expertise in Single Sign-On (SSO) and reporting solutions across BMC platforms. The candidate should have hands-on experience in authentication mechanisms and building enterprise reports.

Key Skills

Experience with BMC Remedy AR System and BMC suite
Strong knowledge of SSO implementation (SAML LDAP OAuth)
Experience in BMC reporting tools (Smart Reporting / Analytics)
Integration with identity providers (AD Azure AD etc.)
Good understanding of ITSM processes
Troubleshooting and performance optimization
