Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join a dynamic outpatient clinic. This role involves treating a diverse patient population with a focus on neurological and orthopedic conditions. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering high-quality patient care and maintaining strong productivity standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with neuro and orthopedic conditions
- Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions to improve mobility function and quality of life
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Manage a daily caseload in a fast-paced outpatient setting
Requirements
- Active Physical Therapist license (state-specific or compact as applicable)
- Minimum outpatient experience preferred
- Experience with neuro and orthopedic patient populations strongly preferred
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently
