Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and develop individualized treatment plans for patients with neuro and orthopedic conditions
Deliver evidence-based therapy interventions to improve mobility function and quality of life
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Manage a daily caseload in a fast-paced outpatient setting
Requirements
Active Physical Therapist license (state-specific or compact as applicable)
Minimum outpatient experience preferred
Experience with neuro and orthopedic patient populations strongly preferred
Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently
