Job Summary
Job Title: Warehouse Associate
Location: Connecticut (Onsite)
Pay: $18/hour
Employment Type: Full-Time Temp-to-Hire
We are seeking a reliable hands-on Warehouse Associate to support a premier interior design and furniture company that stages and supplies furnishings for high-end residential properties across the country. This role plays a key part in preparing and handling furniture and décor that will be featured in luxury homes.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive inspect and organize incoming furniture and décor inventory
Prepare pack and stage items for delivery to residential projects
Load and unload trucks with care ensuring items are protected from damage
Maintain accurate inventory and support cycle counts
Keep the warehouse clean organized and efficient
Assist with labeling wrapping and coordinating outgoing shipments
Support basic furniture assembly touch-ups and quality checks as needed
Work closely with internal teams to meet project timelines
Qualifications:
Prior warehouse logistics moving or furniture handling experience preferred
Experience handling fragile or high-end items is a strong plus
Ability to lift 50 lbs and stay active throughout the shift
Strong attention to detail and sense of ownership over work
Reliable punctual and team-oriented
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Nice to Have:
Experience in interior design home staging or furniture environments
Forklift or pallet jack experience
Basic assembly or handyman skills
