Job Summary
Clinical Manager (RN)
We have recently partnered with a very progressive well-run and financially stable hospice organization in the Savannah GA area. This organization is committed to patient satisfaction clinical excellence and providing quality care to patients and their families.
Compensation & Benefits:
- $85000 Depending on Experience
- Health Insurance (Employer pays 70% of premium)

Schedule:
- Full-Time 40 Hours Per Week
- Includes Some After-Hours & Weekend Rotation
- On-Call Rotation Required
Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day clinical operations for home care and/or after-hours teams
- Supervise train and evaluate clinical staff
- Ensure compliance with all state federal and Joint Commission standards
- Maintain high-quality patient care and hospice best practices
- Manage staffing scheduling and departmental performance
- Participate in budgeting cost control and operational planning
- Serve as a resource and leader for interdisciplinary teams
Requirements:
- Active Registered Nurse License in Georgia
- BSN Preferred
- 3 Years of Management or Supervisory Experience
- Hospice Home Health or Oncology Experience Preferred
- Strong leadership communication and critical thinking skills
- Valid Drivers License and Reliable Transportation Required
