Summary:

Goldbelt Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and creative Marketing Project Specialist to support the execution of high-visibility campaigns and initiatives across shareholder services executive communications Alaska operations and business storytelling.

This role combines project coordination with hands-on marketing support including content development brand management and campaign execution. The Project Specialist will play a key role in managing workflows supporting content and social initiatives and ensuring campaigns are organized on-brand and delivered on time across multiple stakeholders and channels.

Qualifications

Necessary Skills and Knowledge:

  • Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals including content development branding and campaign execution
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
  • Strong writing editing and proofreading skills with attention to tone clarity and brand voice
  • Knowledge of digital marketing channels including web and social media platforms
  • Ability to prioritize tasks manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Possesses attention to detail and effective problem-solving skills
  • Must have the ability to communicate effectively and diplomatically both verbally and in writing with co-workers and with outside agencies partners shareholders and business associates
  • Strong cultural awareness and sensitivity with the ability to adapt messages and strategies for diverse audiences
  • Basic understanding of relevant software tools and systems used in the corporate environment. This includes proficiency in standard software applications including Windows and MS Office Suite (Outlook Word PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Ability to learn and adapt to project management tools (e.g. Asana Trello) and collaboration platforms quickly

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business Administration or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3 years of experience in marketing communications or project coordination with content responsibilities
  • Experience supporting marketing campaigns content creation or brand initiatives
  • Experience working in a deadline-driven environment with multiple stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to manage projects while contributing to content and execution

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project management certifications (e.g. CAPM PMP) or preferred equivalent training
  • Experience writing and editing marketing or communications content across multiple channels
  • Familiarity with branding editorial workflows and content strategy
  • Working knowledge of website content management systems and analytics dashboards
  • Previous experience working with Alaska Native Corporations (ANCs)

Responsibilities

Essential Job Functions:

  • Maintain project timelines and workback schedules across multiple campaigns including the Annual Report Board elections Alaska Operations initiatives and shareholder communications
  • Oversee project intake processes and Help Desk workflows ensuring requests are prioritized tracked and executed efficiently
  • Provide marketing and editorial support including writing proofreading and copyediting content for internal and external communications
  • Support content development and execution across channels including web social media and print materials ensuring alignment with brand standards
  • Assist in maintaining brand consistency across all communications campaigns and deliverables
  • Coordinate with internal teams external vendors and contractors to support campaign execution and deliverables
  • Support website updates and brand refresh initiatives ensuring content accuracy and consistency across platforms
  • Assist in campaign planning and execution including scheduling tracking deliverables and monitoring progress
  • Support data-driven marketing efforts including surveys dashboards and reporting to inform strategy and decision-making
  • Track prioritize and communicate project status risks and dependencies across stakeholders
  • Serve as a liaison across departments to ensure alignment clear communication and timely execution of marketing initiatives
