Job Summary
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the discipline management & morale of all Coy personnel both in and out of barracks.
2. Operating in accordance with and enforcing current tactical doctrine and Bn SOPs when in the field and on ops.
3. To command all working parties and special parades as required.
4. To liaise with SPSI/PSI to ensure all personnel are trained in accordance with ITRs.
5. Responsible for support of the WOs & Sgts mess in liaison with the RSM.
6. Responsible for the career management of all soldiers under personal command.
7. To liaise with OC/SPSI reference the structure and delivery of Coy training programme.
8. Assist Coy 2IC/CQMS in maintaining effective logistic support to the Coy both on exercise and operations.
9. Be prepared to deputise for any of the Sqns officers on exercise or in barracks.
10. Any additional Bn or Coy tasks as directed by the CO/OC.
11. Represent the Coy externally when required.
