What Youll Do

In this role you will:

• Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Assist employees and applicants by addressing inquiries and referring more complex matters to senior HR staff.

• Provide Administrative Support: Perform technical and administrative tasks across various HR functional areas including compensation benefits recruiting and compliance.

• Ensure Compliance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and files ensuring adherence to federal state and local employment laws.

• Support Recruiting Efforts: Assist with onboarding processes and applicant tracking systems to streamline hiring processes.

• Coordinate Benefits Administration: Aid in open enrollment tuition reimbursement programs and auditing of benefits records.

• Manage HR Data and Reporting: Research compile and analyze HR data to prepare accurate reports and reconcile discrepancies.

What Sets You Apart

• Educational Background: Related coursework beyond high school preferred. Experience in HR or similar administrative roles is highly valued.

• Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite and other HR-related software with the ability to learn quickly.

• Organizational Skills: Detail-oriented with excellent time management and prioritization abilities.

• Interpersonal Abilities: Adept at handling sensitive situations with professionalism tact and diplomacy.

• Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities to engage effectively with various audiences.
