• Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of all spa and fitness areas including locker rooms treatment spaces relaxation lounges and workout facilities
• Ensure that all towels robes and guest amenities are replenished and presented to the highest standard
• Assist in maintaining a calm and inviting atmosphere upholding the luxurious ambiance expected in world-class spa and fitness facilities
• Respond promptly and graciously to guest requests ensuring that their needs are anticipated and met seamlessly
• Work closely with the spa and fitness teams to support smooth daily operations assisting in setup and restocking as needed
• Ensure compliance with health safety and sanitation regulations maintaining an impeccable level of cleanliness
• Provide genuine hospitality and a warm demeanor creating a welcoming and professional environment for all guests
