It lends to consumers across Canada through its vast network of service providers and merchants including thousands of medical dental and veterinary clinics. Following this acquisition the Iceberg Finance group finds itself amongst the 10 largest lenders in Canada in the specialized financing sector.

What Will Your Mission Be

• Responding to client calls and emails;
• Following up with clients who are behind on payments;
• Managing unpaid accounts;
• Initiating legal recovery procedures;
• Monitoring cases sent for legal proceedings;
• Researching client information for the application of judgments;
• Conducting follow-ups with automobile insurance in case of total losses;;
• Performing follow-ups on cases sent to the investigation department.
