- Supporting field teams to keep projects moving and resolve issues quickly
- Assisting with project budgets cost tracking and financial reporting
- Helping process invoices subcontractor payments and owner billings
- Aiding and learning from project team to ensure overall project workflow
- Maintaining project scheduling and updates
- Managing submittals documentation and project workflow
- Facilitating change orders and time-and-materials work
