INFC Central Trainer 3P, INFC Learning and Development

We are looking for a Trainer who is committed to supporting our rapidly growing Learning & Development initiatives across the 3P network within our Fulfillment Center operations. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in delivering regional training monitoring associate development and learning readiness across multiple sites.
They should be well-versed in learning needs identification content improvement and designing solutions that drive skill building and quality performance. The role requires someone who can manage training-related escalations coordinate effectively with site operations teams and independently manage internal and external stakeholder relationships taking full ownership of projects to drive meaningful problem resolution.

Key job responsibilities
-Deliver regional training for 3P training teams across assigned Fulfillment Center sites; ensure timely refresher training for associates needing improvement in quality performance
-Monitor associate maturity with a focus on quality performance metrics and track readiness for hiring
-Lead the analysis design and evaluation of learning programs; develop customised learning solutions that optimise performance and promote policy compliance
-Ensure L&D curriculum is accurately tracked and maintained in the Learning Management System; assist in developing standardised learning management processes procedures and templates
-Measure program effectiveness and scalability using continuous feedback loops to identify gaps recommend improvements and create scalable solutions that improve learner retention
-Provide actionable feedback for training module improvements based on field observations and training effectiveness data
-Handle training-related escalations coordinating with site operations teams for swift resolution; independently manage internal and external stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment on training priorities

- Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation
- Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint Outlook)

- Experience in a training role including technical training or a mix of training performance management and coaching/mentoring or experience in process training
