What Youll Do:
As a Mechanical Engineer at Peter Basso Associates youll join project teams working with top architects contractors and facility owners across diverse markets - education healthcare research institutional multi-family and mixed-use. You will have the opportunity to apply creative solutions to complex challenges and contribute to projects from concept through construction.

What We Are Looking For:

- Collaborate across disciplines to drive project success
- Develop practical solutions using strong problem-solving skills
- Use BIM tools (AutoCAD Revit) to ensure quality and efficiency
- Manage multiple projects milestones and deadlines
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships
- Mentor and delegate to support team growth
- Balance big-picture thinking with attention to detail
- Embrace continuous learning and professional development
- Minimum 715years of experience in HVAC design for commercial building systems
- Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering (or proven equivalent experience)
- Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Self-driven adaptable and team-oriented
