Job Summary

Our client a growing civilengineering and surveying team in the Indianapolis area is seeking an experienced Surveyor to support boundary topographic ALTA/NSPS and construction staking projects across central Indiana. This role is handson fieldfocused and ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy efficiency and craftsmanship.

The Surveyor works closely with project managers CAD staff and field crews to deliver precise field data and highquality survey products from mobilization through final deliverables.

This is not a large production environment its a lean highaccountability team where your judgment and field expertise directly influence project outcomes. The work is varied your contributions are visible and strong performance is rewarded through a projectbased incentive structure.
