Personal Assistant to the Executive Director
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the EDs calendar appointments and scheduling of meetings
- Coordinate internal and external meetings including logistics and follow-ups
- Prepare briefs reports presentations and correspondence on behalf of the ED
- Screen and prioritize emails calls and requests
- Maintain accurate records files and documentation
- Track action points and ensure timely follow-up on deliverables
- Support in planning and executing events meetings and special projects
- Handle travel arrangements itineraries and accommodation when required
- Act as the first point of contact between the ED and stakeholders
- Draft professional emails memos and official communication
- Liaise with staff parents.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in related field
- Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word Excel PowerPoint) and email management tools
