Job Summary
- The EA serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external matters pertaining to the office of the MD/CEO.
- The ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations with strong written and verbal communication administrative organizational skills and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.
- The ability to work independently on projects from conception to completion and must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
- Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the CEO including: managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expenses reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans and agendas; and compiling documents for travel- related meetings and ensures the CEOs schedule is followed and respected.
- Researches prioritizes and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the CEO including those of a sensitive of confidential nature. Determines appropriate course of action referral or response.
- Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the CEOs office and internal departments; demonstrating leadership to maintain credibility trust and support with senior management staff.
- Works closely and effectively with the CEO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities following up appropriately.
- Successfully completes critical aspects of deliverables with a hands-on approach including drafting acknowledgement letters personal correspondence and other tasks that facilitate the CEOs ability to effectively lead the company.
- Any other related tasks assigned.
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Management or a related field.
- 35 years of relevant experience supporting senior executives directors or C-suite leaders.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook) and digital collaboration tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational planning and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Experience in calendar management travel coordination meeting planning and stakeholder engagement.
- Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure prioritize competing demands and meet tight deadlines.
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal and relationship-management skills.
