Job Description:

The Recruiter will be responsible for fulfilment of all open roles within stipulated timelines

Workcloselywithstakeholderstodrawouteffectivesourcingstrategyforoptimaldelivery.

Ensure all challenges are escalated in a timely manner with adequate data with the Delivery leader.

Maintain a pro-active approach in seeking feedback from candidates and stakeholders to improve the effectiveness & efficiency of the process.

Assignworktotheteammembersguideandsupportthemtoprioritizeandensureontimeclosures

Ensure Offers are contained within the allotted budgets .

Drive efficiency projects within the team to positively impact cost & quality

Manageandmonitorsourcingstrategyandmanagerecruitmentcosts&efficiency

Mentorandprovideguidance&directiontotherecruitmentteam.

ToensuretheATSisproperlyusedandshouldbeinvolvedindrivinginitiativesaroundcandidateexperienceandemployerbranding

RequiredCandidateprofile:

Should have a minimum work experience of 3yrs of experience in end to end recruitment preferably fromservices organization adept at volume hiring and managing staff augmentation requirements

Good at Social Media hiring methodologies.

Good understanding of recruiting metrics

Required Education :

FullTimeMastersDegree/AnyGraduate.
