The Position

Principal Roles & Responsibilities (主要职责)

1. 战略制定与新药上市 (Launch & Strategic Planning)

• 新药上市 负责新产品/新适应症的上市全过程基于深度市场洞察制定从 0 到 1的上市策略包括定位定价建议及多渠道准入计划

• 全生命周期策略 制定并执行中长期战略计划1-3年识别市场机会与挑战确保产品在不同生命周期的竞争优势

2. 卓越运营与绩效管理 (Operational Excellence)

• 高效执行 领导团队将战略转化为可落地的行动方案建立具备SMART 标准的 KPI 体系监控执行进度并确保结果达成

• 资源优化 精准管理市场预算A&P优化资源配置确保投入产出比ROI最大化

3. 数字化与生态圈创新 (Digital & Ecosystem Innovation)

• 数字化驱动 推动数字化市场营销转型利用数据分析提升决策效率构建线上线下融合的创新互动模式

• 生态圈共建 识别并建立与外部利益相关者的合作通过创新业务模式如支付方案数字化医疗解决患者痛点

4. 团队领导与人才发展 (Leadership & People Development)

• 负责团队的招聘培养与激励践行罗氏领导力承诺VACC通过 Coach和 Catalyst 角色提升团队整体胜任力

5. 跨职能协作 (Cross-functional Collaboration)

• 内部影响力 确保与销售医学准入合规等部门的高效协同打破组织孤岛达成步调一致的业务目标

Qualification and Experience (能力与经验要求)

• 教育背景 临床医学药学或商业管理硕士MBA优先

• 行业经验 具备 10 年以上 医药行业经验其中至少 7 年 市场部管理经验核心加分项 必须具备至少一个成功的新药上市Launch全周期管理经验

• 胜任力要求
