Position Overview

Navitas Healthcare LLC isseeking an experienced Surgical Technologist (CST) for a high-acuity Level I Trauma Operating Room in Atlanta. This role requires strong technical surgical skills prior travel experience and the ability to work in fast-paced high-volume surgical environments including complex trauma cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare operating rooms for surgical procedures
• Sterilize and set up surgical instruments and equipment
• Assist surgeons and OR teams during procedures
• Maintain sterile field and ensure infection control compliance
• Anticipate surgical team needs during procedures
• Handle surgical instruments supplies and specimens
• Assist in trauma and emergency surgeries
• Support turnover between cases for OR efficiency
• Participate in on-call rotations weekends and holidays

Required Qualifications

• Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) credential
• Prior travel experience required
• Level I Trauma OR experience required
• High proficiency in surgical technologist skill set
• Ability to work in high-pressure surgical environments
• Strong knowledge of sterile technique and OR protocols

Preferred Qualifications

• Burn OR experience (preferred)
• Experience in complex multi-specialty surgeries
• Strong adaptability in fast-paced trauma settings
