MKTG Sports Entertainment is seeking a Senior Manager Hospitality & Events to lead premium hosting programs within our global Formula One (F1) portfolio and other largescale sports hospitality initiatives. This role is central to delivering worldclass guest experiences for Fortune 500 clients across the international motorsport landscape.

This is a dynamic clientfacing position for someone who thrives in fastpaced environments understands the unique demands of F1 culture and can balance strategic planning with handson execution. The Senior Manager will serve as a trusted advisor to clients properties and partners while driving operational excellence across all phases of event delivery. The role reports to the Senior Director Hospitality & Events.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly organized proactive professional with direct experience in Formula One or global motorsport hospitality. The ideal candidate brings strong communication skills the ability to manage complex workflows and comfort operating within the highpressure fastmoving world of F1. This role requires adaptability leadership and a deep understanding of premium guest experience.

This position operates in a globally connected environment and requires flexibility professionalism and the ability to collaborate seamlessly with internal teams clients and international partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of premium hospitality and hosting programs aligned to client marketing and sponsorship objectives

• Serve as the primary client lead on assigned programs independently managing communications meetings and strategic recommendations

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients F1 properties race organizers and global vendor partners

• Coordinate venues hotels suppliers and contract negotiations across international markets

• Manage complex event logistics including run of show guest communications transportation accreditation AV F&B décor and signage

• Oversee hightouch guest experience elements such as invitations gifting concierge support and onsite hospitality

• Manage and monitor program budgets proactively identifying risks and financial considerations

• Draft and manage scopes of work staffing plans and resource allocations

• Lead onsite staffing and provide handson leadership at global race weekends and related events

• Collaborate crossfunctionally with finance creative production and strategy teams

• Contribute to proposals program enhancements and client recommendations

• Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and elevate guest experience

• Mentor junior team members and support effective team workflows

• Manage 12 fulltime staff along with broader client account teams of varying size

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

• 5 years of experience in events hospitality or experiential marketing

• Formula One or agency experience required (agency experience strongly preferred)

• Fluent Spanish required; Portuguese a plus

• Experience delivering VIP or corporate hospitality programs

• Strong vendor management budgeting and project management capabilities

• Excellent communication client service and relationshipbuilding skills

• Willingness to travel internationally and work nontraditional hours (approx. 2530%)

• Comfortable assisting with physical event setup and breakdown when needed

• Must be based in the United States

The annual salary range for this position is $72000- $96000 annually. Placement within the salary range is based on a variety of factors including relevant experience and other factors permitted by law.
