About the role

This role will work with the creative leadership team to create visual concepts and executions on defined workstreams while supporting larger integrated campaigns.. Youll focus on crafting beautiful brand experiences that propel Zillow into the future leveraging a modern toolkit to move at the speed of social. Youll partner with other designers photographers and vendors to ensure all creative output is accurate compelling and high-fidelity.

Youll get to:

• Conceptualize and craft high-fidelity designs across multiple platforms and social channels.

• Build and maintain brand identity systems that ensure a consistent look and feel for the Zillow evolution.

• Implement Generative AI tools as a core component of your workflow to visualize complex concepts and ideate at scale.

• Research groundbreaking inspiration for both digital and physical communication pieces to keep our visual language forward-thinking.

• Coordinate and prioritize multiple workstreams within larger projects managing your time with minimal oversight.

• Collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization to deliver on strategic briefs.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3-4 years of design experience at a top design studio advertising agency or reputable in-house team.

• Demonstrated passion for branding visual identity systems and consumer experiences.

• Proficiency with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud is required.

• Experience and interest in using Generative AI tools to accelerate the design process.

• Demonstrated ability to design across multiple platforms with a grasp of the nuances of each social channel.

• While this is a remote role it will require some travel for in-person gatherings and work sessions.
