Job Summary
Are you an organised proactive individual with experience in delivering live events and hospitalityIf so we want to hear from you!
We are looking for a collaborative team player who is confident in managing multiple projects to deliver a first-class fan and guest experience at Scottish Gas Murrayfield.
What you will be doing:
- Coordinate age-grade and rugby development fixtures including delivery of the Child Mascot programme across Mens Womens and U20s events.
- Support event-day operations including operational set-up of event spaces across the campus.
- Provide VIP hospitality coordination including ticket/parking distribution guestlist strategy VIP biographies and check-in logistics.
- Deliver events team administration and planning support
What were looking for:
- Strong planning and organisation with a methodical approach to deadlines and high-quality delivery.
- Collaborative teamworking and stakeholder management across internal teams suppliers and event partners.
- Project coordination skills including juggling multiple workstreams and supporting delivery to budget.
- Continuous improvement mindset bringing ideas and learnings to enhance the fan and guest experience.
