The Role
An opportunity currently exists for a highly energeticProject Managerto join our Building Projects Team inAdelaide. The environment will suit a results driven all-rounder who has a practical outcome driven approach and a strong client focus.
Reporting to the Branch Manager this dynamic role is responsible for Project Management planning subcontractor and internal labour arranging materials and equipment to ensure projects are completed on time and to budget. The primary objective of this role is to achieve customer satisfaction and profitable project addition the individual will support the team to capitalise on its operational success by generating cross sell opportunities and winning additional work.
Skills and Experience
To be successful in this challenging but rewarding role you will require:
- Experience as a building professional or building trade background
- Previous experience managing site based teams
- Strong client engagement skills with the ability to understand requirements and translate them into practical high-quality outcomes
- A keen eye for detail and a can do attitude
- Strong negotiation and sales skills
- Experience delivering projects across a range of values
