Were now looking for a Group Revenue Manager based in Copenhagen!
About the position
As Group Revenue Manager you will play a key role in optimizing revenue and pricing strategies across group segments at a national level. You will collaborate closely with colleagues across all Scandic countries to maximize our top-line potential through strategic group sales.
You will be responsible for defining group strategies for the markets and segments you work within and for steering business towards identified need hotels and destinations. This is a cross-functional role where youll work closely with Revenue Management Sales and our department for Group & Meeting.
Key activities to be successful in the position
- Develop and implement revenue and pricing strategies for group segments (Leisure Corporate Groups Sport and Conference Groups)
- Analyze data and trends to identify opportunities risks and actions
- Collaborate with internal teams to align strategies and drive performance
- Identify needs for system development competence building and decision-making tools
- Prepare reports and share recommendations with stakeholders
The position reports to Head of Group Revenue Management.

Through your strong communication skills you quickly build relationships and understand the importance of maintaining them. Youre not afraid to roll up your sleeves and youre the one who sees potential where others see problems.
A strong analytical and commercial mindset is essential for this role and experience from revenue management pricing or similar commercial roles is considered a strong advantage but not a requirement
