P-Physical Therapist

Position: P-Physical Therapist

Salary Range: $44/hr-$55/hr

Schedule: 40 hours per week weekdays/weekends (flexible)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Location: SNF Center

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated P-Physical Therapist to join our team at the SNF Center. This is a critical need position and we are looking for a candidate who is passionate about providing quality care to our patients.

As a P-Physical Therapist you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients with physical disabilities or injuries to help them regain their mobility and improve their overall quality of life. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop individualized treatment plans and provide hands-on therapy to patients.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct thorough evaluations of patients physical abilities medical history and functional limitations.

- Develop individualized treatment plans based on evaluation findings and patient goals.

- Provide hands-on therapy to improve patients strength range of motion balance and coordination.

- Educate patients and their families on exercises and techniques to continue their progress outside of therapy sessions.

- Monitor and document patients progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.

- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals such as doctors and occupational therapists to ensure comprehensive care for patients.

- Stay updated on the latest developments and techniques in physical therapy to provide the best possible care to patients.

Requirements:

- Bachelors Masters or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

- Current state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

- CPR certification.

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting preferably in a skilled nursing facility.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.
