Design Specialist

Were looking for a Design Specialist to create engaging visual concepts and bring ideas to life across a range of communication advertising and promotional materials.

In this role youll work closely with teams across marketing sales and product to understand project goals and gather the information needed to deliver effective creative solutions. Youll contribute ideas develop designs and help ensure all outputs align with the companys brand and objectives.

Youll also collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders to understand technical requirements translating complex information into clear and visually compelling designs.

This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving. Youll work on a variety of day-to-day design tasks using your judgment to choose the best approach within established guidelines. While most work will follow standard processes youll also have the opportunity to suggest improvements and adapt methods where needed.

Youll be expected to manage your own workload with minimal supervision while seeking guidance on new or more complex projects. Building strong working relationships with both internal teams and external partners will be key to delivering successful outcomes.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design or a related field or equivalent practical experience
• Around 2 years of relevant design experience (or a strong portfolio demonstrating capability)
• Ability to communicate ideas clearly and collaborate effectively
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
