We are an accredited center of excellence for metabolic surgeries including gastric bypass and sleeves. Inpatient Surgical is a fast-paced work environment with a high daily turnover that requires a great deal of teamwork. Having a cohesive team where everyone is responsible for providing the highest quality of care and takes an active role is our priority. We want all of our staff to bring any issues forward with our patients and if you see a patient who needs to be assessed and requires attention you will bring it to the attention of the nurse. Post surgical patients can deteriorate quickly and require all staff to observe and intervene if needed.
