AsaHealthcareFinancial/ActuarialManager youwillbeakeymemberoftheFinancialActuarial& Analytics (FAA) Community of Expertise. You will substantially contribute to a wide variety of complex analyses and projects involving the design financing and measurement and financial analysis of the full spectrum of employer health and group benefit programs including medical dental life disabilityvoluntary benefitsetc. You willinterfacewithvendors andclientserviceteams prepare and communicate complex analyses to clients and ensure quality standards are met. You will have the opportunity to position yourself to lead financial project with small-to-midsized clients and work on cutting edge projects alongside leaders in the industry.

TheRole

• Withclearguidanceanddirectionplayanactivesupportroleinmultipleclientteamsdeveloping financial analyses outputs and client deliverables across a regional team.

• Developworkingproficiencyofcorefinancialactuarialandanalyticstheoriesmodelsandtools.

• Supportaccurateandreliableclaimreportingandfinancialmodelingtoguideclientdecisions.

• Developbasicknowledgeofallbroad-basedbenefitprograms( wellbeing life disability voluntary benefits etc.)

• Assistwithfinancialmodelingofbenefitplandesignscostavoidance/fundingstrategiesand budget projections and rate/contribution development with clear guidance and direction.

• Takeresponsibilityforexecutionofspecifictasksthatcontributetofinancial/actuarialdeliverables for clients with guidance and adherence to stated deadlines.

• PartnerwithGlobalDeliveryCentersandClientServiceteamstodeliversuperiorproject management.

• Buildstrongrelationshipsinternallyandcollaborateeffectivelyoncross-functionalteams.

• 5yearsexperienceinprofessionalservicesideallygainedinabenefitconsulting/brokeragefirm

  orhealthunderwriting/actuarialfunctionofaninsurancecompany

• Advancedknowledgeofhealthandwelfareproducts&services

• Experiencewithbigdataanalytictechniquespreferred

• Advancedknowledgeofunderwritingandfundingconcepts

• Provenabilitytoleadmultipleprojectssimultaneouslyandproducequalitydeliverablesontime and within budget

Compensation and Benefits

Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that base salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors including but not limited to location of the role individual competencies education/professional certifications qualifications/experience performance in the role and potential for revenue generation.

Compensation

The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $90000-$130000 USD per year.

This role is also eligible for an annual short-term incentive bonus
