Service Coordinator- Automated Logic

About This Role

The role supports service operations by coordinating daily technician schedules dispatching / invoicing work orders and supporting account managers with T&M work. The ideal candidate is self-motivated attentive to detail has strong organizational skills and can leverage technology to enhance the communication and operational efficiency of the service branch.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily schedules for field engineers ensuring prompt response to service requests and maximizing efficiency.
• Prepare manage and maintain work orders and all related service documentation.
• Manage end-to-end invoicing processes for service workorders including coordination with internal teams and administrative follow-up.
• Manage time and material invoices and accounts receivable.
• Manage Purchase Orders (POs) throughout the account lifecycle.
• Support the creation administration and renewal tracking of service contracts.
• Act as the primary administrative point of contact for customers regarding service coordination documentation and invoicing matters.

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• 2 years of customer service experience.
• 1 years of experience supporting customers via telephone and email.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the HVAC industry.
• Experience with scheduling field service technicians.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365
