Job Description:
- Ensure the safety of residents: pay attention to who is coming and going address policy violations report suspicious behavior or people assist emergency responders and monitor fire and door alarm panels behind the desk
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests: Check residents in/out assist with lockouts check out resources manage lost and found manage packages keep the front desk clean answer questions
- Be social: Look at people as they enter the building smile greet each individual person engage people in conversation ask residents about their day learn names and facts about residents
