We are looking for a motivated techsavvy earlycareer professional to join our team as a Master Data and Process Support Analyst. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys problemsolving learning new systems and working with data.
In this position you will support the creation and maintenance of SAP master data for Repsol North America. You will collaborate with multiple business units (Eagle Ford Marcellus Alaska Gulf of Americas etc.) to ensure master data is accurate complete and delivered on time. Master data is at the core of all SAP processes influencing budgeting cost tracking reporting and project execution across the company.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Master Data Management
Monitor SharePoint requests and shared mailboxes for incoming master data submissions.
Create and maintain key SAP master data objects such as:
WBS elements/AFEs Joint Operating Agreements and Joint ventures
Profit centers Cost Centers Well IDs and related structures
Maintain project life cycle data including:
Asset Under Construction (AUC) final assets and TECO status
Settlement rules and project hierarchies
Ensure data integrity across SAP environments and follow established governance practices.
SAP Technical Closing & Testing
Support monthend and yearend technical closing activities in SAP.
Participate in testing for system upgrades new releases acquisitions and functional enhancements including unit testing integration testing regression testing and user acceptance testing
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree in information systems Business Administration Accounting or related field.
Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail.
Prior SAP experience.
High level of comfort working with technology and data.
Solid Excel skills (formulas lookups pivot tables data validation etc.).
Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools systems and processes.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with crossfunctional stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
Selfstarter with a positive attitude and willingness to be trained.
Strongly Preferred
Fluency in Spanish
