Job description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive administrative assistant to manage coordinate and maintain architectural specifications across multiple projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring accuracy consistency and compliance of project documentation while working closely with internal teams and external stakeholders. Training will be provided.
Responsibilities
Supporting the specifications team to prepare coordinate and maintain project specifications in alignment with design engineering and regulatory requirements.
Setting up and attending project kick-off meetings
Collaborate with engineers architects project managers and consultants to ensure specifications are accurate complete and up to date.
Manage specification revisions version control and document distribution throughout the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with applicable standards codes and industry regulations.
Support and manage QA reports
Maintain specification templates libraries data sheets and best practices.
Assist in resolving technical queries related to specifications during design and execution phases.
Job requirements
Qualifications
High school diploma / Associates degree
3 years of administrative support experience ideally in the architecture engineering or construction industries
Microsoft Office Proficiency
