What Youll Own

You will lead infrastructure operations across 8 locations and manage a team of 1215 with responsibility across:

• Cloud Platforms (Azure / AWS)
• Data Centers & Enterprise Infrastructure
• Network Architecture (LAN/WAN/VPN)
• Cybersecurity & Risk Management
• Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity
• Service Desk & End-User Computing
• Infrastructure planning for plant expansions new facilities and M&A integrations

Role Structure:

• 60% Technical Leadership
• 40% Strategic / Executive Engagement

Immediate Priorities

• Build and elevate a high-performance infrastructure team
• Standardize operations across sites and acquired entities
• Identify and mitigate visible and hidden infrastructure risks
• Drive modernization aligned with business growth

Required Experience (No Exceptions)

• 10 years IT Infrastructure experience
• 5 years leading multi-site or regional teams
• Expertise in:
  • Cloud (Azure and/or AWS)
  • Data centers networking virtualization
  • Enterprise infrastructure operations
• Experience supporting:
  • Manufacturing environments / plant operations
  • SAP or enterprise systems
• Knowledge of:
  • Cybersecurity frameworks (NIST SOX PCI etc.)
  • Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity (BCP)
• Proven leadership in:
  • Budgeting vendor management and project execution
  • Cross-functional collaboration and executive communication

Preferred

• M&A integration / multi-entity environments
• Certifications (AWS Azure CISSP PMP ITIL etc.)
• Experience with automation or AI-driven infrastructure
• Bilingual (English Mandarin) is a plus
