As an Administrative Clerk at Extract Wellness you will play a crucial role in supporting the overall operations of our company. Your main responsibilities will include administrative tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our organization.
Job Responsibilities:
- Organize and maintain files and records
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Assist in the preparation of reports presentations and documents
- Manage schedules and appointments
- Provide general administrative support to team members
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
- Assist with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Perform data entry and updating of databases
- Support other departments as needed
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and accuracy
Desired Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Experience working remotely or in a virtual office setting
