What youll be doing
Supporting the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen
Leading service ensuring food is delivered on time and to brand standards
Cooking and overseeing dishes using fresh high-quality ingredients with a focus on seafood
Managing training and motivating the kitchen team
Ensuring food safety hygiene and cleanliness standards are always met
Supporting stock control ordering and waste management
Helping to maintain high standards of consistency presentation and quality
Stepping in to lead the kitchen in the Head Chefs absence
What were looking for
Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Senior Chef de Partie ready to step up
A passion for food quality and consistency
Proven ability to lead coach and inspire a kitchen team
Calm organised and confident under pressure
Strong knowledge of food safety HACCP and kitchen best practice
A reliable professional team player with a positive attitude

Our Bistro has grown over the years specialising in bistro food from Britain France Spain and 2016 Rubys Bar was opened next door to St Petrocs Bistro our front of house team enjoy looking after guests at both St Petrocs Bistro and Rubys Bar.
