Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Structural Design Engineer to join our team in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our engineering department you will be responsible for designing and analyzing various structural systems for buildings and infrastructure projects.
- Develop structural designs and calculations for a wide range of projects including residential commercial and industrial buildings
- Utilize advanced structural engineering software to create accurate and efficient designs
- Analyze structural systems to ensure compliance with local building codes and standards
- Collaborate with architects contractors and other engineering disciplines to optimize designs
- Prepare technical reports specifications and design drawings
- Conduct site visits to assess existing structures and monitor construction progress
- Participate in project meetings and provide technical expertise to clients and team members
- Stay updated on the latest industry trends technologies and best practices in structural engineering
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Structural Engineering (Masters degree preferred)
- A Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent in Saudi Arabia is a privilege.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in structural engineering
- Proficiency in structural engineering software such as AutoCAD SAP2000 ETABS SAFE Revit IDEA StatiCa and
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi Arabian building codes/ACI and regulations
- Experience in designing structures for various types of buildings (Concrete/Steel) and infrastructure
- Excellent problem-solving and coordination abilities and attention to detail
- Proficiency in technical report writing and interpreting technical drawings
- Familiarity with local construction practices and materials
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a team environment
- Must be a Saudi National
