Intern HR Technology & Transformation (fmd)

Workload: 80100% Location: Baden

What you will do

• Analyze and document current HR reports and their data structure

• Review and improve existing HR data models

• Conceptualize and define standard reports for HR

• Develop and define relevant HR metrics (e.g. absence rates turnover rates)

• Validate and ensure data quality from various sources

• Assist with reporting and visualization in Power BI

What you bring & who you are

• Currently studying Business Administration Computer Science Data Science or related fields

• Interest in working on projects and data analytics

• First experience with Business Intelligence tools is an advantage

• Independent working style and strong communication skills

• Basic knowledge of SQL Python or similar languages is desirable

• Monday & Tuesday are our dedicated office days.
