Job Summary
We are seeking a Buyer to support procurement activities for Oil & Gas project environments. The role involves managing sourcing supplier coordination and purchasing processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services.
Key Responsibilities
Manage Requests for Quotation (RFQ) and evaluate supplier proposals
Source and engage with local and international vendors
Negotiate pricing delivery terms and commercial conditions
Issue Purchase Orders (PO) and monitor order progress
Expedite deliveries to meet project timelines
Ensure compliance with project specifications and procurement procedures
Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders (engineering project teams)
Maintain supplier performance and documentation records
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain Engineering Business or related field
Fresh graduates with relevant internship OR 15 years procurement experience
Exposure to Oil & Gas / EPC / engineering environment is an advantage
Strong communication coordination and negotiation skills
Familiarity with ERP/SAP systems is a plus
Able to work in a fast-paced project-driven environment
