Position Warranty Executive (Automotive Industry)
Job Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Warranty Administrator to join our team in Damansara City Mall.
Key Responsibilities
1. Warranty Claims Processing
Process and verify warranty claims submitted by dealers or service centers
Ensure claims comply with warranty policies terms and approval guidelines
Liaise with internal teams and principals for claim approvals and clarifications
Track claim status and ensure timely resolution and reimbursement
2. PDI (Pre-Delivery Inspection) Report Handling
Review and manage PDI reports submitted by dealers
Ensure completeness and accuracy of inspection documentation
Highlight and escalate any defects or non-compliance issues
Maintain proper filing and record of all PDI reports
3. Dealer Coordination
Act as the main contact point for dealers regarding warranty and PDI matters
Provide guidance on claim submission processes and documentation requirements
Follow up with dealers to ensure timely submission and correction of documents
4. Audit & Compliance
Support internal and external audit requirements related to warranty and PDI
Ensure all claims and documentation comply with company and manufacturer standards
Identify discrepancies and assist in corrective actions and process improvements
5. Reporting & Data Tracking
Maintain accurate records of warranty claims approvals rejections and PDI reports
Prepare regular reports on claim trends pending cases and performance metrics
Support data analysis for process improvement and cost control
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Business Administration Automotive or related field
Experience in aftersales warranty automotive service or claims processing preferred
Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
