Client seeks proposals from learning management system firms to provide Client with access to a cloud-based Learning Management System ( LMS or the System ) Online Learning Content (through the LMS) and Performance Management Software. The solution shall provide learning content on a software as a service basis access to all functionality of the Learning and Performance modules within their system and related maintenance and technical support implementation services testing and training services as detailed more fully within Section II of this RFP.

The proposed solution provides with a secure cloud based enterprise wide Learning Management System (LMS) and Performance Management Software delivered on a Software as a Service (SaaS) basis.

Key capabilities include:
- Enterprise LMS Modules supporting instructor led virtual blended and self paced learning
- Online Learning Content Library relevant to public sector compliance safety leadership and technical skills
- Performance Management Module supporting goal setting reviews competency tracking and analytics
- Role based access and security aligned withClients IT and data protection requirements
- Integration with HR identity management and reporting systems
- Comprehensive services including implementation configuration testing data migration training documentation ongoing maintenance and technical support
The solution is scalable accessible and compliant with applicable NYC NYS and federal standards ensuring Client s long term operational efficiency workforce development objectives and regulatory compliance.
