Experience: 3-6 years Position Summary: ServiceNow Developer is responsible to design develop and own technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The Service Now Developer will provide administration application development maintenance and technical support by using ServiceNow best practices to configure robust solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform. Roles and Responsibilities: Have good working experience in Java scripting HTML CSS and implementation of business logic in Service Now. Knows how to develop administer workflows client scripts business rules UI policies UI macros Jelly script data policies UI actions email notifications email templates transform maps scheduled jobs data sources Inbound email actions script includes custom app development etc. Technical expert on Service Portal widgets. Should have worked on at least 1 project which includes integration such as bi-directional web services integration REST SOAP integration SSO Integration or LDAP Integration. Must have implementation experience of ITSM and is also familiar with any two latest modules such as - ITOM ITBM GRC/ERM SIR HRSD APM etc. Is aware of Agile methodology for development work and has worked through Azure DevOps. Will be a plus to have sound working knowledge of ServiceNow mobile application development. Is up to date with the latest releases of ServiceNow- Paris above. Answer how to technical and application configuration questions. Successfully plan execute monitor control and close all technical tasks related to configuration and implementation of all aspects of the ServiceNow platform. Create and maintain system design and operations documentation. Is comfortable working within a global team which includes 25 team members. Strong communication and analytical skills.
