Job Summary

As a Custom Software Engineer a typical day involves analyzing various business requirements and designing solutions that align with client needs. The role includes coding and testing multiple components of application software ensuring that each element functions seamlessly within the broader system. Throughout the day the engineer collaborates with different teams to maintain and enhance existing applications addressing any issues that arise and implementing improvements to optimize performance. This position requires a balance of independent work and teamwork to deliver high-quality software solutions tailored to diverse client environments.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and understand client requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Document technical designs and development processes to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
Continuously monitor application performance and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills:

Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Supply Chain Management (SCM).
Strong knowledge of software development life cycle and best practices in coding and testing.
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving complex application issues within enterprise resource planning systems.
Ability to design scalable and maintainable software components tailored to client-specific requirements.
Familiarity with integration techniques and data flow management between different modules of enterprise applications.

Additional Information:

The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Supply Chain Management (SCM).
This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
A 15 years full time education is required.
