Job Summary
A well established Tour Management company based in Cape Town is looking for an Assistant to Tour Consultant.
We are looking for an energetic and passionate Assistant to provide administrative support to the Inbound Tour Consultants across various travel segments. Duties include assisting with travel bookings prepare and manage client documentation and supplier invoices.
Requirements:
Matric
Experience in a similar role
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficient in Tourplan not essential
Customer orientated
