We are seeking a Chief Expert SAP Functional Consultant to join a high-impact DevOps team.

You will take ownership of the WIT (Wholesale Integration Template) product acting as a tandem lead to ensure the functional integrity and strategic evolution of the group s global wholesale systems.

Strategic Product Leadership: Act as the primary functional lead for the WIT product prioritizing the backlog and steering the product roadmap to align with global business objectives.

Backlog Architecture: Own and refine the product backlog (Epics and User Stories) while ensuring all developments meet the highest quality security and sustainability standards.

Global Stakeholder Management: 8 years of experience navigating complex multi-stakeholder environments using technical persuasion and pragmatic decision-making to reach buy-in across international units.

Qualifications & Experience:

• IT or Business Degree and/or relevant professional qualifications.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in SAP or business process roles.
• Essential: SAP or Business Certification.
• Proven track record in international multi-stakeholder environments.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end business processes (Vehicle Sales Parts Finance).

Essential Skills & Technologies:

• WIT End to End Process understanding
• Business Stakeholder management
• Support escalation and decision preparation for steering bodies
• Provide clear business intent as input for technical refinement and design
• Several years of experience in business process product or project roles
• SAP FICO SD MM Skills (Mandatory)
• SAP Knowledge

Advantageous Skills:

• WIT Business and IT process knowledge
• Flexibility to work some weekends / shifts or longer hours if required.
• Experienced in Agile Methodology (advantageous)
• Experienced in using Agile Tools such as Confluence and JIRA (advantageous)
• Experienced in using Test Tools such as HP ALM and JIRA (X-Ray) (advantageous)

Key Responsibilities:

• Business Ownership & Prioritization

• Own business value definition and prioritization within the product scope
• Act as first decision instance for business-related topics within delegated authority
• Product Backlog & Acceptance
• Own and maintain the business backlog (epics features requirements)
• Define business scope priorities and acceptance criteria
• Validate delivered increments against agreed business expectations
• Stakeholder & Market Management
• Act as main business contact for markets and central stakeholders
• Capture structure and assess market requests and requirements
• Balance global standards with justified market-specific needs
• Tandem Collaboration with IT
• Work closely with the IT Poxy Product Owner and Product Owner in planning refinement and reviews
• Provide clear business intent as input for technical refinement and design
• Jointly prepare planning review and steering content
• Governance & Risk Support
• Support compliance with business legal and regulatory requirements
• Identify and communicate business risks dependencies and constraints
• Support escalation and decision preparation for steering bodies
• Scope & Complexity
• Global or multi-market product scope
• Strong interaction with complex IT landscapes (e.g. SAP-based environments)
• Parallel handling of run change and transformation topics
• Required Qualifications & Experience
• Several years of experience in business process product or project roles
• Experience in international and multi-stakeholder environments
• Good understanding of end-to-end business processes
• Familiarity with agile ways of working
