SAP Functional Consultant (Entry)

We are seeking an Entry-Level SAP Functional Consultant to join a high-performing DevOps team.

You will focus on master data management and process migration within the SAP Logistics landscape ensuring operational stability and data transparency for international plants.

Logistics Data Specialist: Deliver and maintain harmonized master data for vehicle and component plants within the SAP Logistics (OTD) environment.

Modernization Support: Support critical migration and rollout projects as systems transition from SAP ECC to S/4HANA specifically for Material Supply Control.

Quality Assurance: 1 year of experience creating automated test cases (Tosca) and performing manual testing to ensure the reliability of logistics processes.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Software Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of professional experience as an SAP MM Consultant.
• Minimum 1 year of functional experience in SAP MM.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in SAP Logistics operations.
• Proven track record in a DevOps framework.

Essential Skills & Technologies:

• 1 Year Experience in Material Management (MM) focus on Material Master
• & Material Supply Control
• 1 years experience with distribution technology ODATA / IDoc
• Automated testing e.g. Tosca /
• ABAP Unit tests / ABAP Test Workbench)
• Operations encompassing the entire operation lifecycle: Problem Incident & Change Management.

Advantageous Skills:

• Experience with Hana / S4 technology e.g. CDS views (SAP Gateway)
• Basic understanding of Streaming technologies such as Kafka
• Basic understanding of Cloud solution integrating with an SAP S/4 system
• Agile Framework experience e.g. scrum

Key Responsibilities:

• Functional refinement and breakdown of requirements (Epics User Stories) in MADA
• Material Master Data for European as well as for the Overseas GROUP plants (e.g. China)
• Customizing of the defined MADA processes
• Migration and Rollout for Material Supply Control (ECC -> S/4)
• Testing create automated test cases (Tosca) and run manual testing
• Operations Problem Management
• Operations (3rd level) and on occasion 2nd level (24/7)
• Operations 3rd and 2nd level cross logistics
