Priority Location: South Africa and Latin America

Working Hours: 9AM - 5PM (Mon - Fri) UK time

Salary Range: $1500 - $2000 USD ($) per month

A fast-growing UK-based marketing agency supporting restaurant and hospitality brands with social media content and digital growth.

About the Role:

They are hiring a proactive Marketing Assistant / Operator to support execution across multiple client accounts.

This is not a task-based VA role. The ideal candidate will take ownership of work end-to-end think independently and contribute ideas not just follow instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

Content & Creative

• Create social media content (captions carousels posts)
• Use design tools and AI to produce high-quality assets
• Collaborate with creatives (video photo editing)

Marketing Operations

• Manage links automations and campaign workflows
• Troubleshoot basic platform or system issues
• Ensure smooth execution across client accounts

Analytics & Reporting

• Track performance metrics
• Identify insights and suggest improvements
• Support campaign optimisation

Task & Workflow Management

• Manage multiple tasks across clients
• Coordinate via messaging platforms (e.g. WhatsApp)
• Ensure deadlines and deliverables are met

Process Improvement

• Identify inefficiencies and suggest improvements
• Use AI tools to increase speed and quality of output

Required Qualification & Skills:

• 24 years in marketing social media or digital operations
• Strong communication skills (clear confident proactive)
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable managing multiple tasks and priorities
• Experience using AI tools such as Claude or similar

Ideal Profile:

• Proactive self-starter (does not need handholding)
• Thinks beyond execution and brings ideas
• Able to push back and communicate reasoning
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced growing environment
• Interested in long-term growth within marketing
