1.管理办公室的行政工作处理现场投诉确保内外客户满意度

2.办公室保洁日常运营月度KPI考核费用结算定期接收客户反馈处理现场投诉制定纠正措施确保内外客户满意度

3.管理办公室绿植的日常维护与绿植供应商对接每日巡检确保绿植的优良状态基于绿植的季节性需要有长远眼光指定长期维护计划对现场施工已存在的缺陷需要找到最优解决方案并实施

4.管理虫控供应商定期消杀确保药剂的安全性和有效性根据办公室周边季节性虫害的实际情况指定并根据实际情况及时调整对应的虫控方案

5.突发状况应急处理协调所有供应商根据客户要求完成应急处理

6.管理现场所有Soft Service的供应商KPI制定月度费用结算Soft Service小项目的推进及验收

7.协助客户开展公司层面节日活动特别活动布置及安排执行及管理

8.协助客户管理仓库期核验协助出入库管理

9.办公用品和日常耗品的购买发放盘点

10.协助客户固定资产年度盘点以及其他的委派工作
