Administrative Assistant

The Admin Assistant will assist department management in coordinating the day to day activities within the plant as well as track and maintain data and scorecards

• Coordinate and arrange all recognition/celebrations for assigned group as directed by area manager
• Assist Production manager with updating monthly/quarterly business plan matrices and PowerPoint presentations.
• Organize team meetings provide agendas and minutes
• Assist the Production Manager including managing calendars and coordinating travel arrangements.
• Assist in organizing the Plant/Production Managers monthly update meetings by ensuring proper scheduling confirming attendee lists and preparing meeting logistics.
• Collaborate on the development of meeting content and design visually engaging PowerPoint presentations to support key updates and initiatives.
• Assist production employees to ensure timely attendance at appointments and meetings. Provide day-of reminders with details on time and location to help employees stay organized and punctual. (Specific to certain meetings or appts)
• Monitor Tier 0 and Tier 1 scorecards to make sure they are being filled out appropriately and if not work with the PGM to remind Leads and Supervisors to fill in their scorecards.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good understanding of computer basics (Word Excel PowerPoint ICIM SharePoint)
• Experience in working in manufacturing
• Experience in working in a team environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
