AboutThe Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the fastestgrowing sports betting business in the world as a US Sports Trader within FanDuels Trading team. With live betting accounting for around 40 percent of turnover youll play a key role in supporting FanDuels continued growth primarily across MLB and College Sports with opportunities to expand into NBA and NFL trading. This role suits someone who thrives in a fastpaced highpressure environment and has a genuine passion for US sports and live event trading.

ResponsibilitiesInclude:

Trade live US sports primarily MLB and College Basketball delivering worldclass inplay betting experiences
Drive and manage automated odds while monitoring markets and managing risk exposure
Monitor customer activity and betting patterns escalating insights to senior traders where required
Price markets and manage group liability and overall risk position during live events
Monitor competitor markets and respond to significant or unusual market movements
Stay across realtime sports information and react quickly to changing conditions
Collaborate closely with FanDuel Trading and Risk teams to achieve personal and team live betting KPIs

About You

Youre a passionate US sports fan with a sharp analytical mindset and the ability to stay calm under pressure. You enjoy working at pace can juggle multiple priorities in real time and take pride in accuracy and attention to detail. Youre a strong team player who loves learning enjoys fast decisionmaking and is excited by the energy of live sports trading.

What You Will Bring

Strong knowledge of and passion for MLB and US College Sports with interest in NBA and NFL
A solid understanding of betting statistics and probability
Ability to multitask and react quickly in a fastmoving highpressure environment
High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Experience using Excel is highly regarded
Willingness to work outside standard business hours including evenings and weekends
Industry experience is not essential as full training is provided
A customerfirst mindset curiosity to learn and a positive collaborative approach
