Primary purpose: Checking the arrival of incoming products from our vendors in a timely manner. Invoicing all the orders for that day. Assisting in scheduling requests for finish building materials from salesman and account coordinators. Communicating and helping drivers with delivery questions and reaching out to the correct party to find a solution. Helping our production team with inventory issues. Creating and scheduling credits.


Some duties and responsibilities include:

  • Effective checking of AWP: Efficiently verifying incoming product deliveries in a timely and organized manner while accurately documenting storage locations on corresponding paperwork.
  • Efficient Scheduling: Assisting in scheduling deliveries and returns effectively optimizing logistics for timely service. Change dates on the computer & paperwork when needed.
  • Emails: Constantly checking the inbox and responding in a timely manner while keeping everything organized.
  • Sales Engagement: Effectively listen and communicate with Salesmen and Account Coordinators to meet their customers needs.
  • Software Proficiency: Utilize Bis Track software to check incoming products create returns and invoice customers orders accurately.
  • Dispatch Management: Communicate with our drivers and sales team with job-site questions and concerns delivery time updates job-site access etc.
  • Multi-Location Collaboration: Work seamlessly with multiple locations to coordinate materials and deliveries.
  • Collaboration with different departments: inter-departmental communication regarding inventory shortages processing back orders and tracking expected delivery dates for outstanding materials.
  • Flexibility: Be open to performing other duties as assigned to support the team and department.
Requirements

Qualification:

  • Keyboarding Skills: Proficiency in keyboarding and computer usage.
  • Effective Communication: Skilled communicator in person over the phone and through email with strong interpersonal and negotiating skills.
  • Attention to Detail: Detail-oriented with the ability to plan ahead and adapt to changing conditions.
  • Proactive Planner: Ability to manage time wisely and keep your work organized for efficiency.

Strongly Preferred:

  • Customer-Focused: Knowledge & understanding of construction builders needs and developing practical realistic solutions that ensure a positive customer experience with our company.
  • Experience: Previous experience in load building forklift operation manufacturing and jobsite delivery operations.
